World Music Day, 2026
Our World Music Day assembly took a thoughtful and imaginative approach, following an AI entity on a quest to understand why music has such a profound effect on people.
Language, instruments, rhythmic patterns, and even everyday sounds were explored along the way. The conclusion was simple yet meaningful: music is experienced not only through logic, but through feeling.
A rhythm in a language we do not speak can still move us, and a wordless melody can often express what words cannot. Through this presentation, our students reflected on music as a universal language—one best understood not by a mechanical mind, but by the seeking soul.
