Mrs. Indira Jayakrishnan, Mentor Principal, National Academy For Learning, has a strong background in education, public relations, corporate management, writing and publishing. She is passionate about nurturing best practices and quality standards in the school's teaching learning processes. Mrs. Vineeta Manoj is Head, Department of Physics at NAFL, and has steered the Senior School academic programme with great insight and commitment the last 25 years. Her experience also includes participation in research at CERN, Switzerland, as a trainee. She has been Senior Coordinator for over 15 years, trained in professional leadership standards under our Vice Chairperson, Dr. Bindu Hari, and at our TISB Teacher Training Academy. She further extended her expertise in 21st Century School Leadership at NTU, Singapore. She believes in inclusive and engaging classrooms and strives for equity, value and growth in every student and teacher. She will oversee Grades 4 to 8 and the CISCE Board groups.
Ms. Sampa Sanyal

Deputy Principal
Ms. Sampa Sanyal comes with over two decades of experience in teaching and administration. She was Head, Department of English, The International School Bangalore (TISB) for more than a decade. In her recent roles, she was Dean, Modern High School For Girls, Kolkata, as well as International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme Coordinator, Faculty Member (English [IBDP & IGCSE] & Theory of Knowledge) and Extended Essay Supervisor at Modern High School International, Kolkata. Experienced in both national and international curricula, she leads by example and believes in collaboration and open communication. She will oversee the Kindergarten, Montessori, Grades 1 to 3, and the Cambridge Board groups.
Our 95 highly enthusiastic, experienced and qualified faculty work closely together, right from the Montessori / Kindergarten level to the Secondary and Senior Secondary classes. An additional team of over 17 service staff members ensures superior facility management and assistance to the children. We build an out-of-the-box thinking approach in our children. We make them apply creative and deductive skills to tasks in every field, be it academics, sports, drama or art. Keeping a global overview in mind, we constantly review and widen paradigms on academic content, contexts, goals and expectations in education.
